DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

The PCRG is a diverse group of tribal, state, federal, nonprofit, and academic partners committed to promoting sustainable Dungeness crab populations in the Pacific Northwest. We strive to cultivate an organization built on collaboration, tolerance, and mutual respect, thereby engendering a welcoming environment for all. We believe in diversity, both in terms of ideas, and the people that form our organization. We will vigorously and proactively reject prejudice and stereotyping wherever it is encountered in our organization.

We are currently in the process of developing actionable items to combat discrimination and prejudice as our organization grows. It is imperative to PCRG to not only talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion but to actively promote, enhance, and support it into the future.
